Scitent is seeking a calm, efficient, bright, and tolerant person to provide part-time telephone technical support for users of an online training program. Requirements include a pleasant phone manner and a willingness to help users in a professional yet personal manner. Basic computer/internet knowledge required and familiarity with multiple browsers/operating systems highly desirable. Specific training provided. This is a full-time position.
